Most clients come to Integral Nest because of chronic pain, particularly back pain, a modern epidemic - and related shoulder/neck pain, hip pain, and headaches.  Unfortunately it is poorly understood by most people.  The information on this website will attempt to educate its readers as to the source of chronic pain.
